This can be:
Re-coloring a new hide or car. This is the simple way all you have to do is STEP 1, makes the leather real nice. Wait overnight, then WIPE the project with Prepping agent. Wait about 20 minutes then apply the dye. Spray, brushed or wipe dyed. This requires just a very limited amount of sanding to break the surface of the original finish. You DO NOT have to remove the original color if you are going from a LIGHT COLOR (TAN) to a Darker Color.
The WARNING for this is if you are going from BLACK to WHITE you MUST do a lot more prep work which is wet sanding using Prepping Agent and remove a GOOD portion of the color.
Partial Restoration: All you are doing is making the color FRESH and giving it a new leather look. You do Step 1 then wipe the project with prepping agent and WIPE DYE the surface
Total Restoration: Just follow all the steps below. You can restore ANY LEATHER Project.
