- Next we are wiping the area down with a rag, need lots of them.
- The prepping part of the project is the most important. Here we are "WATER SANDING" using the Prepping Agent as the water and 240 grit Wet or dry sandpaper
- The next step is more Rejuvinator Oil
- When you are done it should look like this and feel soft.
- This is where we stop. We will pick up with the filling of the console next.
- This is the Console. It has been Prep, Oiled and is now ready fro Crack filler
- 3. Crack Filler Application
- The Burn we will be fixing
- We have taken our crack filler and put the first LAYER on the burn
- We also have a SCRATCH like you would from an animal
- Using an old Business card we put some Crack Filler on the scratch
- We have sanded the burn and it is ready for the 2nd layer of Crack Filler
- Our scratch sanded out just fine

- 1988 Jaguar XJS HE Hess & Eisenhardt Convertible. Car was started by Jaguar in 1986 and finished by Hess & Eisenhardt in 1988.

- Rejuvinator Oil is on notice the DIRT on the console
- You can see where the Rejuvinator Oil is NOT soaking in. This is a direct result of Silicone in that area. The Rejuvinator Oil will work it's way into that area it will just take a longer time.
- 2nd day RO & PC did their jobs. Note that the Rejuvinator Oil got PAST the Silicone it took 18 hours to do it.

- Wiping the back down put Prestine Clean to wipe the dirt off that the Rejuvinator Oil had flushed to the surface.
- 18 hours later, car has been wiped down with Prestine Clean. this was to remove the dirt that the Rejuvinator Oil brought to the surface.
- Direct result of Silicone, the leather has SHRUNK. Rejuvinator Oil will take care of that. During our seminars I show how to use 400 Grit Wet or Dry paper to SAND IN the Rejuvinator Oil. This is where you would do that.
- This bolster will be replaced and dyed to match
